We aim to ship all web orders within 2 business days of receiving the order, Monday to Friday. All orders received after 9AM PST - 12PM EST will be processed the next business day, Monday to Friday, for all orders.
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping in the US for purchases over $175. All purchases under $175 shipped in the US will incur a $9 flat rate for Fedex Economy shipping.
Express options include FedEx 2Day shipping for a $35 shipping fee and FedEx Overnight for a $55 shipping fee in the contiguous US.
We accept returns within 14 days of order delivery on unused products that are in their original packaging.
In order to initiate a refund and open a claim, please include two photos* of the unopened, undamaged, item to show proof of acceptable condition to support@viktormichael.com. Please also include the order number, full name and shipping address. Once the information is received, reviewed and approved, you will receive a return shipping label. Please allow 4 hours to respond.
Parcels that are returned remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received.

If products are received to our warehouse without notification or a Viktor Michael approval, the refund may not be approved. Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item for use, defects or damage and advise if a refund is suitable. Additional fees may apply.
We are pleased to accept all items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be returned new, unused, and undamaged with security seal still attached in their original product packaging. If 14 calendar days have gone by since the delivery date, then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable.
Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to complete depending on the bank’s processing time.
This can vary greatly between card issuers and preferred payment provider chosen, and we are unable to influence this.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at support@viktormichael.com with photos of damaged items, please include order number, full name and shipping address.
